The weather here in Fort Wayne has been very nice for us this summer. The mid-70’s to high-80’s temps means one thing: it’s time for summer fun! And, although it’s already the middle of August and the kids have gone back to school, there’s still Summer fun to be had in Fort Wayne.

Go Wild at Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo
Bring the children to an interactive, learning experience they won’t soon forget. The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo boasts a wide variety of animals from monkies to pandas. It’s divided into different zones that are sure to pique the interest in your little ones (and for mom & dad too).
The zoo is open daily (9 to 8) and costs $10 (children) and $14 (adults).

The median age of Fort Wayne is 35 years old which has given us the creativity that’s only found in motivated, vibrant youths. You’ll see this youthful influence all around.
Art is found in the streets with sculptures and paintings (make sure to bring your camera!). It’s found in our performance artists, chefs, and musicians. Perhaps you, too, can add to the creative side.
