In an effort to comply with the CDC and Govern Holcomb’s request for shelter in place until April 7, 2020, the Montrose Square Apartments office will be available to staff only. Emergency work orders will be completed as needed and all other work requests will be taken care of after the shelter in place order is lifted.
If you have an emergency work request, please call or email the office at 260-485-3475 or firstname.lastname@example.org and maintenance will take care of the issue as soon as possible.
If you need assistance, the office staff will still be available by phone or email only during normal business hours. We are still accepting all rental payments and renewals in the drop box. If you would like a receipt for your payment, please make sure to submit a written request with your payment and a receipt will be delivered to your door.
